We had a lovely stay, and Mariana and her family made us feel so welcome. Whenever we mentioned needing something, they took care of it right away. The service was as good as I could have hoped for, and they looked after us with real care and patience. Thanks to the whole family, and we hope to come back! 🙂 Our top-floor flat had a great view. It was a simple little family hotel rather than a luxury place, but it was clean and very well kept. We didn't ask about WiFi or cable TV since we were there to get away and didn't need them, so I can't say whether they're available. The garden was lovely and cleaned every day without disturbing guests. The hotel is on a quiet street, close to shops, pharmacies, and the town centre.

We had no WiFi in our room, and the hot water only worked in the mornings. The sheets were dirty, too. On the third day, I asked for toilet paper and got asked what had happened to the roll in our room. Worst place ever.

They came into the room to clean while we were still asleep, without knocking. There was no soap, toilet paper, or air conditioner, and the host wasn't nice. The price was low, but they didn't give us a payment document or receipt. I didn't like the place at all.

We enjoyed the garden, with its tables and benches, and the very good internet. The place was cozy, clean, and tidy, and the golden retriever was lovely and friendly. The hosts were welcoming and happy to have us. Our room didn't have air conditioning, but they would surely give you one with it if you ask ahead.

The owners are kind, and I'd come back. It's a nice hotel in a handy location, with normal prices. Some rooms don't have air conditioning and can get quite hot, so an awning for shade might help. Having at least some soap would be good, too.
