The rooms are roomy and comfortable, the balcony has a lovely view, and the food is good. The pools were the dealbreaker for me: the water was really cold in every one, even the kids’ pool. That may be why the pool area was nearly empty, with only a few people around. If you don’t care about using a pool, the hotel is perfect. I wouldn’t come back.

A clean, modern hotel with good-sized rooms, a varied food selection, and pools that weren’t crowded. It’s a good spot for families, and the atmosphere was very quiet during the day. The staff were friendly and handled all our requests quickly and to our satisfaction. I’d call it a solid four stars, perhaps five. There were some drawbacks. Staff communication was very poor outside reception, and the children’s animator seemed completely wrong for the job. At night, music from a nearby disco could be heard, which might bother some people. Our double bed was made of two single mattresses, and the first-floor room corridor wasn’t separated from reception by a door.

The room and bathroom were spacious, bright, and clean. Breakfast had plenty of variety, the air conditioning worked quickly and strongly, and I liked having a stereo system in the bathroom. The terrace was dirty, perhaps because of the wind and a bird’s nest, and there was nowhere to hang wet clothes, towels, or swimsuits, despite having a terrace. For a room at this price, I also expected a kettle and some tea or coffee. In the evenings, you could hear beach parties going on quite late.

Dust in the room, black and yellow marks on the furniture, and dirty dishes and glasses left around the pool. The staff weren’t helpful and never smiled, and the service felt like something from a two-star hotel. It seems the five stars are gradually fading. We got the impression that the staff were either underpaid or just lazy.
