It's a peaceful, cozy hotel on a very quiet street. The place was clean, and North Beach is just a five-minute walk away. There are plenty of shops and markets nearby.

Never again. The room was dusty when I checked in, and the staff were rude and uninterested. In the middle of the night, the owner, who seemed sour and drunk, barged into our room and tried to pick a fight. When I asked why he had come in without anyone letting him in, he said, “I'm a guest, I don't have to ask to get in.”

The hotel was dirty, shabby, and poorly maintained. The staff didn't seem particularly interested in the guests. I don't recommend it.

I wasn't satisfied and wouldn't stay here again. There was no hot water, the beds were uncomfortable, and the parking spaces were insufficient.

A cozy place, though they don't stick to arrangements made in advance.
