We had a spacious, clean apartment and excellent service from Irina, who made sure our stay went smoothly. Chantall, the owner, kept in touch and even came to meet us to check everything was all right. Great value, and we'll definitely return. It's a perfect spot for a beach holiday: you can fall asleep to the waves and wake to a beautiful sunrise. Nessebar, sunny beach and Aqua Park are close, with regular buses for just a pound.

The view of the sea from the room balcony was lovely, and the price was good. Getting a ride from the airport in the middle of the night was no problem, and the driver was very fair and honest. The service, rooms, and location were all great, with the sea, restaurants, bus stop, and nessebar close by. What more could you want? Highly recommend.

I canceled my reservation after Panorama Hotel warned me about parking at the property and said it couldn't meet the conditions listed on the booking site. They agreed to a full refund today, which is good. It took almost 2 months to get a reasonable response, but they finally did.

The balcony was fantastic, with a nice view of the Black sea, and the restaurant food was especially good. It's a very sweet, family-friendly hotel right by the beach, only ten footsteps away. We'll be back next year.
