Set in a quiet spot, this hotel has a spacious spa with a sauna and steam bath, plus a warm pool. There are different meal plans too. A nice choice for a weekend break.

The rooms were left uncleaned for four days, and the children's play area looked like a ghetto. The whole place seems to be falling apart. In winter, the pool and spa were cold: the air was sometimes around 25°C and the water as low as 26°C. The worst part was that the air conditioning didn't work, so humidity felt like 99% and water dripped from the walls and ceiling. Better avoid this hotel if you're coming with children.

They made us leave our rooms and wait in the lobby for hours 🤢🤢. On our last day there was no internet, and breakfast was the same thing every morning. The woman working at reception was awful and wouldn't let my friends and me play billiards.

The views of the mountains were breathtaking, and the service was top-notch. We had an amazing stay at 3 Mountains Hotel. Can't wait to return. Five stars! 🌟

The room had a beautiful view and was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. We were a little let down by breakfast, though. It could be much better.
