The room was in very poor condition, and the bathroom was really dirty. The smell throughout both was awful, and the hosts weren’t very kind. The hotel photos make it look much better than it is. The only upside was being very close to the city centre. I definitely won’t stay again.

Everything was good.

The bed wasn’t especially comfortable, and the air conditioner remote had been hidden. Workers stayed up late on the terraces using their phones, which was annoying.

Shops and the bus station are nearby, which is handy. It’s a nice family hotel, warm and clean, with a wonderful view of Pirin. The staff are polite and kind.
