A quiet, clean spot that’s nice for taking a break.

A very nice place, and inexpensive too.

The quiet around the villa really stands out, from sunrise through rainy days and into the evening. Coming from a big city, I loved being away from the noise and crowds. It felt like a real retreat for resting and unwinding. Inside, it’s a roomy cabin with a rustic feel. It reminded me of my grandparents’ house, and anyone who’s spent time with theirs will get what I mean. It isn’t modern, and it doesn’t try to be; it holds on to the character of its era. I wanted somewhere cozy, away from the hustle and bustle and the comforts of a luxury hotel, and this was just right. If you like simple, well-kept spaces and room to feel close to nature, this villa is a great choice. I’d recommend it for a peaceful change of pace, and I’ll come back. It’ll be my starting point for exploring more of this beautiful country. Mrs. Keti, your care and attention won my heart. 🇪🇨👌🏻

The location is far from the center, near the hamlet. I found it hard to use the bathroom without waking everyone on the floor: two rooms share one, and the doors and floor creak. The landlady stays close by to make sure you don’t do anything wrong. The listing mentions a yard with a barbecue, but it can’t be used without arranging it in advance. There’s also a kitchen area, but we couldn’t use that either. Electricity for companies is expensive, and using the shared fridge, glasses and utensils costs extra. The rooms look as if they haven’t been renovated since the house was built. Furnishings are Spartan, beds and pillows are uncomfortable, and there are cobwebs in the corners. The beds are old and the sheets so thin they’re nearly transparent. No air conditioning or thick curtains, either. I haven’t stayed in a worse guest house. Afterwards, the landlady explained that it isn’t a guest house, just rooms for rent. I don’t recommend it to anyone!
