The rooms are decent and very clean. There aren't many options in the games room, just table tennis. The pool, spa, sauna, jacuzzi and massage area are there, though we spotted a strand of hair in the pool and the jacuzzi water wasn't very clean one day. Meals are prepared before each service, and lunch can be pizza or something else from the menu.

I've never stayed in a worse hotel. The rooms were cold, the beds old and uncomfortable, and sometimes there was no hot water. My friends and I got food poisoning from the restaurant. Because of all that, we decided not to spend New Year's Eve there. Staff said they'd refund the dinner cost, but at checkout two days later they denied ever promising that and gave us all kinds of nonsense. They simply lied. It's unbelievable how badly this hotel is run. Stay away.

The whole stay was ridiculous, and I'd give it minus one if I could. Our entire group got food poisoning from dinner. There was only freezing water, no warm or hot water at all, which is absurd in winter when we were there for New Year's Eve. We had no towels or hairdryer, and the elevator wasn't working. A clown version of a hotel and its service.

The beds were comfortable, and we had a good stay, but the rooms feel dated and the walls are thin. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, with a great variety that changes each day. As a vegetarian I found some good things to eat, though vegans may be left with little beyond salad. There are several shuttle trips each morning and afternoon to and from the gondola.
