We had excellent meals at both breakfast and dinner, and the rooms were clean and well equipped. The spa was a lovely way to unwind after skiing, and I really needed that deep tissue massage. The hotel is also easy to reach from the gondola and main resort centre. There’s ski hire and a depot on site too, with a well-equipped setup and a manager who’s very keen to help.

The food at dinner let the hotel down for us. It was often lukewarm, and one evening the chicken was still very pink and seemed undercooked, which felt dangerous. I told the restaurant manager and mentioned it again at reception when we checked out, but neither seemed to care much. That’s the only reason I can’t give full marks. I’d still recommend the hotel and stay again, though I’d eat out in the evenings. The rest was very good. The hotel is clean and modern, and has been refurbished, something many older reviews don’t mention. The rooms suited us perfectly, and the team communicated well before we arrived. They also arranged for our two booked rooms to be together, which we really appreciated. It’s close to the slopes and ski lifts, and we had a brilliant massage at the spa, one of the best I’ve had.

We had a really good stay. The rooms looked nice and were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the spa was lovely. The Jacuzzi felt more like a warm pool. Dinner was just fine, but there was a nice range of choices.

The lobby bar design was a real highlight for me. It’s a very nice hotel, with great rooms and a good location. Breakfast and dinner offered plenty of choice and were good quality, and the spa was ideal after a long day.
