Pinewood ANG luxurious apartment A43, Borovets Gardens

Nadya kept in touch and gave us helpful details about the area, and the apartment was very clean. Towels were changed every two days, with coffee topped up too. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and cookies, and the place had everything for a relaxing stay, including comfortable beds, smart TV and nice lighting. It was quiet near the pine woods, yet close to the centre, gondola Yastrebets, restaurants and tavernas. This was our first summer visit to Borovets, our favourite ski resort. We’ll book Pinewood apartments again and come back in both winter and summer.

We stayed in apartment 15, tucked into the forest by the ski slope. It’s a lovely place for a ski holiday or just to unwind. Every detail feels carefully chosen, and it’s cosy enough to feel at home. There’s also a spa nearby.

Nadia was very responsive, both before we arrived through the booking messages and during the stay on WhatsApp, so communication was easy. The apartment was a great value for us as a couple, and we really enjoyed staying there. It’s about 8-10 minutes on foot to the Yastrebets lift, or 13-15 minutes to Martinovi Baraki or Sitnyakovo. Inside, everything was well equipped and carefully designed, from the kitchenware and bedding to the lighting options, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, heating, tilt-opening windows and private balcony. There was also a washer-dryer and drying rack.

We’re a family from the Netherlands living in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and stayed with our 3- and 7-year-old children. Nadiya was an amazing host and had everything perfectly arranged. The apartment was spotless and smelled of pine trees. She even provided phone chargers, along with nearly all the kitchen utensils, so we didn’t need to bring much. There was complimentary wine, fruit, coffee and tea. The bed was comfortable, the TV had Netflix and YouTube, and the heater worked well. The bathroom stayed warm and had strong water pressure. Everything felt luxurious, including the good quality furniture. The triple-layer window glass kept noise from other rooms out. I was especially surprised when she sent back the sandwich maker I’d left, by Speedy delivery. That was very kind. The hotel is close to the gondola lift and the centre, so we didn’t need to drive and look for parking each time we went out. I recommend it.
