10/10
After a day on the slopes, this is just the sort of place you want to find. The atmosphere is cosy but lively, the staff are friendly, and there’s a great choice of beer. Everything we ate was really tasty. Whether you stop for après-ski drinks or a proper meal, you may find yourself hanging around longer than you meant to. Definitely coming back.

10/10
The restaurant serves delicious local dishes, and the staff are polite and helpful. The location is right on the slopes, which is hard to beat. A perfect place for a ski holiday in Borovets, and I highly recommend it!

10/10
Coming straight back to the hotel from the slopes was effortless, and the spa was exceptional for unwinding after skiing. The rooms were comfortable, service was great and the atmosphere relaxed. A fantastic ski-in, ski-out hotel with everything you could want. Easily a five-star stay.

10/10
The staff were polite and professional, and we had a good experience overall. There’s a great view, at least from the top, which is the fifth floor. The hotel has a sauna, steam bath, herbal bath, swimming pool, pool table and disco.

8/10
Set among nature, the hotel is ideally placed for the red ski run. If you're after the blue or green slopes, you'll need to drive about five minutes into town and park there.
