The facilities were in good condition, and the view was lovely. It was a little hard to find the road to the campsite, but it’s definitely worth the trouble. A lovely camping place that goes above and beyond for its guests.

We arrived in Bulgaria and parked at Verila camping for our first stop. The camper fit right into this lovely, quiet spot. Everything was cared for, and the staff were kind and ready to help. It’s peaceful while still being close to everything. I’d happily recommend it.

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and the campsite itself is kept in great shape. There’s a big shared kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware, plus very clean, comfortable showers and restrooms. The lawns are soft and green, with pine and pear trees for shade, and kids have a good playground.

We stopped for two nights on the way from Nessebar to Macedonia, and it was a lovely place to slow down. As a solo traveler, I found everything I needed in the bungalow. I also came across the campers’ fully equipped kitchen, with a dining area attached. The campground cat was a nice little bonus.

We had a really nice, peaceful stay, and the mekitsi at breakfast were delicious. It’s a great spot for families or larger groups who want to spend time together outdoors.
