We paid 35Lv for a small, cold, damp basement room with a window. The bathroom was shared with the family. It was reasonably clean, and the welcome was surprisingly friendly, but we won’t try this place again. Our room door had no key and couldn’t be locked. We tried to trust the situation and went out to eat. When we returned, the door was wide open, the lights were on, and our things had clearly been moved. We told the old women what had happened and left straight away without asking questions. Avoid, we felt like we’d been "robbed". Booking has good ratings, but Google’s are horrible. Now we know why.

A nice place in a private house, just seconds from the main street. The hostess speaks a little English and is very nice.

Just a nightmare. I’ve traveled a lot over the past 50 years and never seen anything like it. The room was horrifying, dirty, and the bathroom was dirty and unliturgical. The sheets and towels looked like the bathroom, so I ran away. I arrived around 11 pm while traveling for a funeral. A relative had booked the room. The grandmother jumped out of the basement, took the money, and disappeared. I spent two hours looking for somewhere to stay, then found a hotel with one room available. When I went back for my luggage, an old man came out and insisted I stay. I ran away again. Thank you to the owner and staff of "Pizza la Pocca" for helping me find a hotel and sharing their food with me. I’ll visit them again.

A lousy place. We arrived on August 11th with no air conditioning, and we were unbearably hot all night. The grandparents live there and kept going back and forth, which was annoying and uncomfortable. The hosts were intrusive and gave us no personal space. They wouldn’t let us use the barbecue because they said it could cause a fire. The oven didn’t work, there was nowhere to grill two steaks, and there wasn’t even a microwave to heat our food. You’re paying for a small room with a dirty bathroom, not a house.
