A restaurant, shop, and bakery are all close by, and it's a great-value stay. The room was comfortable and very clean, the staff were nice and helpful, and self-check-in was easy. The location works especially well if you're heading to Veliki Preslav.

The hosts were amazingly kind and attentive, and the hotel is in the southern part of the city, a calm, suburban area. Rooms are clean, have innovative integrated access, and everything is brand new. Covid measures were followed perfectly. The conditions are excellent and the prices feel low for what you get. Best hotel around Shumen, in my view. Definitely coming back, worth it 10x!

The hosts were wonderful, and I loved the integrated access control. The location is quiet, and the rooms are clean and cosy. I'd definitely visit again.
