We had a delightful evening outdoors in the stylish garden. The staff were kind, helpful and competent, and the carefully refined dishes paired well with local wine. The desserts were delicious. Thank you.

I used to think this was one of the best restaurants in town, but now it feels like one of the worst. My salad took an hour to arrive, and the main course came after exactly two hours. When I tried to complain to the owner, the response was the worst behavior I've ever encountered. Good luck to them, but I won't be back, and I'd tell others to choose a different restaurant instead of making the same mistake I did.

The hotel was clean and reasonably priced, and the staff were helpful. We followed their recommendation and tried pickles, snezhanka, and the homemade fig cake, all very good. The food was delicious too. Definitely somewhere I'd stop whenever I come to Shumen.
