The staff made our stay especially good, particularly Paolo, the waiter who served us. He was professional, friendly, and attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout. The meals were delicious, varied, and high quality, and the spotless, beautifully designed rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully arranged for relaxing after a long day. It was my first visit to Sliven, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. I'm very satisfied, would recommend it to anyone visiting, and am already looking forward to coming back!

The SPA was great, with wonderfully relaxing 41 degree pool water. The herbal, finish and russian saunas were gorgeous, and the steam baths felt unbelievably healthy and magic. I also recommend the Cosmopolitan and Margarita coctails from the SPA bar, and the famous omelette at breakfast. Brilliant 4-star hotel, with a cosy room and a warm, friendly atmosphere from the staff. Do visit National Palace of Sliven :) There are also great hiking routes and views up the town.

The SPA added a lot to the relaxing stay, and the service was excellent throughout. The staff were warm and professional. Special thanks to Paolo from the day service, who was outstanding, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommended for comfort and hospitality.

I paid for a room that wasn't worth the price, right above the restaurant. A party was being held there for people who weren't staying at the hotel, and the music was so loud and obnoxious that I couldn't sleep. Reception told me the restaurant operated until midnight, but a group that paid for overtime could carry on even later. They promised to ask for the volume to be lowered, but nothing changed. The music kept going until 1:30 am. I was paying to sleep in a hotel, not stay above a club. The hotel clearly doesn't respect its clients. I'll never come back.
