Shiroka Laka Hotel

Even though we were the only guests during our stay, the staff made sure we felt looked after and even turned on the SPA center so we could get the most out of our time there. They were polite and welcoming. The food was tasty, and we had a very pleasant stay. Our room was spacious, with a big bathroom and two sinks.

The town-facing rooms have an unbeatable view, and the staff were nice and helpful. Our room had a bathroom leak and the decor is dated, but otherwise everything was clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was good. I’d love to return!

The location worked really well for hiking in different parts of the Rhodope, and we enjoyed massages at the spa, including one for our kid, at a good price. The fitness room is well equipped, though the rest of the spa could use improvement. We stayed four days as a family of three. Our big room had a balcony overlooking the mountains and the village, whose architecture is lovely. Everything was very clean, the bathroom was nicely decorated, and the toiletries were good. The towels always smelled so nice. The staff were helpful, smiling, and knew the area well. The food was good, though breakfast choices were limited. Parking could be tricky, but the staff were there to help. We really enjoyed our stay.

The restaurant downstairs was our favorite part. We loved the menu, the food, the service, and how the staff treated us. It felt like home. My family and I spent three days here and were very happy with the stay. The staff were extremely friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thank you!
