Check-in was quick and smooth, and parking was convenient. The area is fairly good, and while breakfast didn’t have much variety, it was delicious. But the room had a cigarette smell and a bit of a musty odor, which made it uncomfortable. The shower and sink were clogged, so water wasn’t draining properly, and they need urgent maintenance. Cleanliness was a major problem: the room didn’t seem properly cleaned, and the pillowcases and blankets were torn in several places. There were no basic items like slippers or toothbrushes, and not having a TV was inconvenient. The hotel has potential, but it needs much better upkeep and attention to cleanliness.

The room was huge, warm, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the staff were really nice. I also spent a lot of time working on my laptop, so that massive work area was amazing. There’s plenty of parking, with a supermarket and fast food places right outside. I liked the digital setup, with no reception queue, and didn’t mind installing the hotel app to get into my room. The WiFi was a serious problem on my first stay. Almost all the time, neither my laptop nor my phone could connect from my room. That was really frustrating, especially since I needed internet. Maybe it’s part of the concept, but I hadn’t understood it that way, and I saw other people mention the same issue. If the WiFi had worked, I’d have given the hotel the full rating because everything else was great. Update: I stayed again a couple of days later, and the WiFi worked well. It seems the issue was fixed quickly, and management responded really well. Nice to see 🙂

I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was delicious and included vegan options, and I appreciated that the hotel welcomes pets. It’s beside a park, with private parking, and the hotel itself is clean, modern, and beautifully designed. A lovely experience, highly recommend!

In the lively Studentsky Grad area, there are local places to eat, small shops, grocery stores, and a lovely park all around, so it worked well for relaxing and exploring. I loved the hotel’s modern, simple, cozy look, which really fits its nomadic theme. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, with movie-like views, lounge chairs, seating areas, and big bay windows. It’s a lovely spot to unwind and take in the scenery. The coworking space suited my late-night calls with colleagues around the world. It has screens that connect to your laptop, printers, and several conference rooms. There’s also a kitchen with free tea and coffee, plus cozy spots to watch TV. The gym had weights, ellipticals, and other up-to-date equipment. I was pleasantly surprised to find a free yoga class once a week, which was a nice fit for someone like me who values a healthy lifestyle. I met lots of interesting people from around the world while I was there, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Management were very helpful. They extended my stay three times without hassle and arranged a translator with just one day’s notice. My floor also had its own kitchen and laundry facilities. My room was quiet and spacious, with a simple nomadic design that felt comforting. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and had all the essentials. There wasn’t a TV in the room, but I was fine streaming shows on my own devices. Everything runs through an app, including check-in and check-out and using a digital key on your phone to enter the room and common areas. Even with that setup, the reception staff were always available and quick to respond. They spoke English fluently and were very professional. Lunch could be better. The restaurant view is spectacular, but the food tasted a little bland for Bulgarian cuisine, and water was the only drink option. That didn’t take away from the rest of my stay. Work Nomads Hotel really brings together wanderlust, community, and collaboration. I highly recommend it for a unique, enriching visit, and can’t wait to return!
