Briz

We keep coming back to Hotel Briz when we're in Sozopol, and the owners are a big reason why. Once we left a shirt, a hat, and some valuable jewelry behind; they called straight away and kept everything safe for us. More recently, they helped us look for my brother's wallet. We found it in our luggage in the end, but we really appreciated their effort and how honestly and respectfully they treat guests. We've tried different rooms over the past couple of years. They've all been cozy and roomy enough for our family of four. The top-floor apartment is especially lovely, with loads of space and a great view of the sea and the new town. Rooms are furnished thoughtfully, with a bedside table by each bed and handy outlets for charging. WiFi is strong, cleaning is thorough every day, and they quickly bring extra towels or whatever else we need. Hairdryers are available at reception, and staff are around if you need help or just fancy a chat. The owners are understanding and accommodating, too. A few times we missed breakfast, but they still offered to make us something. Their coffee is a real morning highlight. It's a warm, welcoming place, and the friendly owners, comfortable rooms, and sea views keep bringing us back. Highly recommended!

The underground parking is handy, and the coffee is good, though you can only use the machine during breakfast. Breakfast itself is pretty basic. The rooms are cleaned just once a week. The so-called sea view may have been real 15 years ago, but now there's an apartment block right in front. It's so close you can hear people talking on their terraces. The terrace is nice, but not much use if you care about privacy. For the price, I think you can find something better.

A good breakfast with plenty of variety, and you can ask for extra portions if it's not enough. There's underground parking for an extra charge, which I'd take over leaving the car in a public roadside spot. The place was clean, the staff very friendly, and it's close to the beach as well as the old town for evening walks. They also have their own restaurant, with a discount for guests.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a bathroom laid out well enough that a shower doesn't leave the whole room flooded. Breakfast was acceptable, and there's paid parking nearby for 6BGN a day. This was my second stay, and I'd come again. The location is perfect.
