The apartment was clean and spacious, with air conditioning in every room and outlets beside the beds, which was handy. There’s paid underground parking to keep the car out of the heat, though getting in can be tricky if your car is wide. A few things in the bathroom weren’t great. The temperature kept changing, the shower head was broken, and the ceiling is low when you step into the bath, so it could be uncomfortable if you’re over 1.90. The toilet flush pressure was inconsistent too, so you’re better off putting paper in the bin.

There was enough room for six of us, and the sea and shops were only a few minutes’ walk away. The bedrooms had okay beds, but in the living room there was just a sofa, and it wasn’t comfortable or large enough for two adults. The refrigerator was a bit small, and having one bathroom for six people was difficult, especially since the toilet wasn’t separate.

The room was cheap, but it was dirty. I found spider webs in seven places as soon as I walked in, along with a few dead wasps or bees on the floor. The microwave was extremely dirty and smelled bad inside. There were no window screens, and I got bitten badly by mosquitoes. There’s underground parking, but it wasn’t available to use. The location was bad too. I had to walk around other hotels to get to the beach.

The apartment had a fridge, electric cooker, pots, and even an iron. The layout was good, the courtyard was okay, and it was useful to have a garage in the basement and an auto-lock gate to the compound. But all those positives were wiped out by the mold smell, stained mattresses, spider webs, and an unclean bathroom. In my honest opinion, the place was simply unclean.
