Family Hotel Apolonia

The location is really good, and the view is breathtaking. This is an amazing family hotel, and we felt right at home. Everyone was kind, helpful, and friendly. It had everything we needed, plus a pretty nice playground for our son. We’ll definitely visit again.

Set in an old part of Sozopol, the accommodation is a walk from Sozopol Public Beach. Southern Walls of Sozopol is 0.6 km from this 3-star hotel, and Burgas airport is 45 km away. The Castle of Ravadinovo is a 10-minute drive away.

The four balconies have a superb view of Sozopol, and the beach is just a short distance away. The hosts are very friendly at this excellent family-run hotel, which also has a good restaurant. If you rent all three top-floor rooms, they work as an independent apartment, with a small kitchen, dining area, and two bathrooms. You can also borrow a parking space.

Hotel Apolonia 2018 is one of the better choices in its price range, though it isn’t luxurious. The restaurant wasn’t something we tried. Parking is arranged next to the hotel, saving about ten minutes of walking and 10lv per day, and the place is in the town center, six minutes from the beach and old town. The rooms are large and have balconies, which is great for the price. They’re cleaned daily, and the studio has its own kitchen. The staff were sympathetic: I lost my swimming suit from the balcony, told them, and they found it 30 minutes later. The two extra beds in the studio were very rough, but that’s understandable for the price. Breakfast isn’t included for all customers, which was also okay.
