Family Hotel Coral

The food was cheap and awful, and the hotel is right next to a nightclub. There weren't many staff around either. Low quality.

The rooms feel old and weren't very clean. You get a good view from the upper floors, but breakfast wasn't very good.

You get good value for the money here, and the service is nice.

The rooms were clean and kept in good shape, and the staff at the hotel were extremely good. Breakfast, though, had quite limited choices. My worst impression came from a phone call with the Reservations manager. She sounded rude and arrogant, answering me with “Tell me.” That was a sharp contrast with the rest of the team. I hope management pays attention, since the reservations department is often a guest's first contact with the hotel. In my case, that first impression was extremely negative and didn't match the good service elsewhere.
