The owner keeps the rooms and the whole place clean, and she's helpful with information about local venues and events if you're new to town. It's on a hill, so there are some steep bits, but you're only a few hundred meters from the Old City, the New City, and the central beach. Worth the climb. A lovely place for a few days, a week, or longer in beautiful Sozopol.

It's a quiet place, and there's a small market just outside the house. The beds are really comfortable, the rooms are large though a little old, and they're cleaned daily. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. Very friendly, caring hosts! :)

The rooms each have their own look. Our toilet and TV had issues, but the service was great otherwise and the staff were polite.

From the second floor, there's a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean, and we had a very pleasant stay thanks to a wonderful host.
