It was extremely hot, so I stopped by the hotel hoping to get a coffee or water. I asked whether I could pay by card. The reception staff discussed it among themselves, then said no. In practice, if you're not staying there, you can't even buy a drink, even when you're ready to pay. A terrible policy, and very unwelcoming. :(

The morning breakfast was superb, and we enjoyed the beautiful, clean rooms and their lovely view over the Black sea. The staff were friendly and helpful at every turn. Special praise to the Blonde lady at the reception for her top notch welcome and hospitality. The whole stay was amazing. I recommend it!

You're only a 5 minute walk from a sandy beach, and the old town of Sozopol is about fifteen minutes away on foot. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Though it's only a 3 star hotel, it deserves 5: the rooms are cozy, I'd even call them luxurious, and they're beautiful and clean. Bathrooms have tubs, and the generous balconies look out to sea. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beaches and Sozopol old town. The managers and staff were genuinely welcoming, and the bedsheets and towels felt very smooth and comfortable. Both the rooms and the outside terrace were beautifully decorated and spotless, with a superb sea view. It's a very nice family-owned hotel with high service standards, and the homemade breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.

The owners are super friendly, and the location is excellent. It’s a clean family hotel that looks almost brand new. Really nice.
