Villa Mirage was a lovely choice for our few days in Sozopol, and I’d definitely stay there again with my partner. The hosts were welcoming, kind, and very helpful. My room was spacious and super clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the beach and the main shopping street.

There was no privacy, with one of the hosts always in the front yard, and the landlady locked the house at night, so having just one key left us a bit restricted. The "internet" only worked by the entrance, where the hosts lived. We had no access to it on the third floor. I wasn’t happy with the stay in this "villa". The cleaner never even cleaned our room. In other hotels, even when I’m in the room, the cleaner has knocked and asked whether I wanted it cleaned. Here, that didn’t happen. When we asked for fresh towels and sheets, we were told they’re changed every four days, so it only works out to once in a week. I wouldn’t come back.
