It's extremely noisy here. I wouldn't recommend it.

The prices and convenient location weren't worth dealing with the filth, shouting, and invasion of our privacy. In the room for us two girls, there was no hot water for more than half our stay, so we had to shower downstairs with the boys. The “lady” just said, “Well, you'll shower there, there's nothing we can do.” Showering downstairs itself wasn't a problem, but we were kicked off the terrace shortly after 3 am. We hadn't played music, shouted, or knocked. Even if we owned Kaliana, the hysterical screams from the “lady” would have drowned out any noise. After shouting at us, she took the room key and went downstairs to lock the front door. She'd kicked us out but also wouldn't let us or our friends at the neighboring hotel leave. There were stains on the sheets and towels, the dryer was rusty, and the bins weren't emptied. The “lady” said that with three stars she didn't have to change towels for our whole week. She also wouldn't vacuum. Staff entered our rooms while we were out to see whether anything had been moved or broken, and while we were asleep to count us. The welcome was rude too. After half an hour of scolding instead of saying hello, we asked for a receipt to show we'd paid. She started opening and slamming every drawer around her, puffing the whole time. When we complained about the lack of hot water, she dismissed us, but our standing on the terrace was enough to get us thrown out.
Awful place, awful landlady!!! She started grumbling and glaring at us as soon as we walked in. During our five days, she didn't change a single sheet. She kept coming into our room, switching off the air conditioner, counting our bags as if we might have brought in an extra person, and banging on the door whenever she felt like it. We were on the top floor, where mud fell onto our heads. We couldn't shower because no water was running in the bathroom. When we told her, she said we didn't know how to use it. I hope more people see this and don't get caught out like we did. With a landlady like that, even what we paid was too much.
The rooms aren't cleaned, towels aren't changed, and if you get hot water, you're lucky. The receptionist was awful to deal with. She seems to hate young people, starts listing rules before you've even said hello, and raises her voice. She won't give you a note showing you've paid for your nights. Complain about anything and she rolls her eyes, makes excuses, and nags instead of dealing with it. Sneeze after 10 PM and you might as well pack your bags, they'll kick you out. I don't know how this hotel still exists. It should be turned into a pensioner's club!
What bothered me most was the hostess's rude attitude. An intrusive, spiteful look from the elderly woman was enough to spoil the whole vacation, and when we asked for anything, she called us pretentious and told us to go to a four- or five-star hotel. We weren't given a fresh sheet once in seven days, which is a real problem for anyone who cares about personal hygiene. The electricity kept cutting out, and in two neighboring rooms the water pressure was also an issue. The location and reasonable prices are the only real positives. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially because of the way the hostess treats guests.
