Friendly, helpful staff, and no noisy bars nearby, so we slept well. The hotel is good value and has a nice pool. Breakfast options are somewhat limited: cooked eggs mean scrambled or boiled, and there's squash rather than fruit juice. I didn't use the restaurant, so can't comment on it. There's no laundry service, and they use wristband identification tags.

The staff were nice to us, and the air conditioning was a big plus. But it was a mixed stay. We gave reception the travel agency papers showing half-board, yet they first gave us pink wristbands for breakfast only. They sorted it out later and changed them to blue ones, which include dinner. My fellow travelers didn't like the food, though I thought it was alright. You don't get a drink with dinner, so you have to buy one separately. Beer was 2.75 BGN. The shower has no curtain, and WiFi is slow, around 2 Mbps max for both download and upload. Nobody knew English, which felt unprofessional to me. Solid 3/5.

Nice place, and I had a great time. The rooms and food could both be better, I'd say, but it's still a good place to stay. Would recommend :)

Staff were friendly and prices reasonable, though the place wasn't very clean. It's about a 300-400 m walk to the sea.

Lovely and clean, with good parking. It's close to the beach and city centre, and works really well for a family weekend.
