The biggest concern was an electrical fault at the buffet. During lunch, my two-year-old got a shock after touching one of the buffet table lights. We told the staff straight away and they turned the lights off, but over the next couple of days they kept using them despite our complaint. Even the manager got a shock when testing them. This needs to be dealt with. There are some positives: the front desk staff were kind and tried to help, the pool area for children and adults looked clean, our family room was a good size, and the outdoor playground was spacious and in good condition. But the food was poor quality, with the same breakfast every day and lots of fried or frozen items. When the hotel was full, there often weren't enough seats inside or outside at lunch and dinner. Beach loungers ran out, and by 7-7:30am they were all reserved. Internet and mobile reception around the main lobby were so poor that getting online was impossible. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with rooms not cleaned daily and towels and linens not changed regularly. Parking was limited too, and finding a space without blocking another car was nearly impossible, so dings or accidents seemed likely. I wouldn't take a nice car there. Despite the good location, I don't recommend this hotel and won't return.

From the welcome to the room, the staff made our vacation great. They were friendly and helpful, greeted us, and took care of our luggage. The senior housemaid understood what we needed and cleaned flawlessly. I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

My sea-view room was wonderful, and I left very pleased with the stay. The reception boys especially stood out: they greeted me smiling and were polite and helpful throughout. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting a couple of relaxing days.

The hotel's greenery is lovely, with beautiful, well-kept plants and trees, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away. Those were the only two real positives for me. Our room wasn't properly maintained: there was cracked balcony glass, torn curtains, a huge floor stain and dirty toilets. Information we were given was wrong, and when mistakes happened, no one apologized. The managers I dealt with spoke to us without respect or kindness and had a terrible attitude. The beach loungers and umbrellas were the last straw. At check-in and again the day before, we were told we could pay for them because our booking included breakfast only, not all-inclusive. We paid 30 BGN and used them without trouble. Then a manager called us out in front of everyone at the beach and made us look foolish, saying the beach was only for all-inclusive guests. When I went to reception to explain the mix-up, another manager didn't take it seriously or apologize, just offered excuses like "I don't know why this has happened". The food was awful. I only tried breakfast, but other guests said dinner was no different. Be careful with the pool loungers too: they're poor quality and can fold up while you're sitting or lying on them, so you could get hurt. I don't recommend the hotel. Other reviews seem to describe similar problems, and in my view it doesn't deserve its four stars.
