The staff were friendly and handled all my requests, and the reservation and payments went smoothly. I also appreciated the sea view, parking availability, and reasonable end-of-season price. It's a family hotel with a great location, though it doesn't have all the extras you'd expect from a regular 3-star place. Detailed cleaning, including changing the sheets, seemed to happen only every 2-3 days, not daily. I had to ask for a fresh towel and clean pillowcase myself. The bathroom was humid and could smell unpleasant.

Harmanite beach is right across the street, with restaurants and shops a short walk away and the Old Town a little farther on. There's free parking in the hotel yard, though it can get cramped. It's good value if you're not fussy, since little details may bother you otherwise. I had a good experience because the location is so convenient.

The location is the only thing I liked, since it's right by the beach. The hotel looked old and nothing like the pictures, and the room was really small. We had no hot water until 8pm. Parking wasn't included either, and I had to pay extra. I definitely won't come back.

The hospitality was really great, and the breakfast was generous. This is a family-owned and run hotel, directly across from the Black Sea, which you can see from the room.

It's clean, close to the beach, and also near a road. The terrace has a sea view, and free parking is a plus.
