Sand Lilies beach residence

The small restaurant is a real gem. Everything was fresh and tasty, with a limited but thoughtfully chosen menu of salads, starters, fish, and meat. They even have a few truffle dishes made with a local Bulgarian variety. It’s a great family holiday location, right beside a quiet, clean private beach with fine sand. You can also snorkel around the nearby rocks. We rented apartment number 9, which was fine overall, though quite dark, with awful ceiling lights.

The owners are very kind, and the flats are beautiful. I really recommend the apartments of “Gitea Sand lilies,” which you can find on Booking. They also have flats in Saint Johan across the street if that interests you. It’s an amazing place, really a paradise. You can book it for your next holiday with confidence and enjoy a relaxing stay :)

The food was awful. That pizza was thinner than a feather 🪶 and cost 16 leva, about €8. When we politely asked about it, the service we got was just as bad. Terrible food and terrible service, 0/10, wouldn’t recommend. The owner recently removed this post, saying it violated some rights. Yeah, right. That says plenty about a bad restaurant.

Good location, with clean and practical rooms that work well for a family of five or even six. There’s also what you need for cooking.
