Via Pontica 123 Guest Apartments

We stayed five nights with our two dogs because pets are allowed. The hotel has a nice view and a decent pool, and at first it seemed okay. But I regret not taking photos to post as proof, and we definitely don't recommend it. The cleaning was the biggest problem. They only clean every three days, which wasn't acceptable in summer with sand everywhere, especially in a hotel that allows dogs. After they cleaned our apartment, the lady host yelled at us about dog hair on the floor. With dogs, I think that's normal. She's really impolite, and they don't provide toilet paper unless you ask. There was no phone network at all inside, so we had to go outdoors to use our phones. The WiFi was extremely poor and disappeared completely for the last two days. It also smelled very damp throughout. Maybe that's because the bathrooms were awful and always left water pooled in front of them. After we left, the lady accused us of breaking a lamp that had already been broken when we arrived, and we had to pay 10 euro. In short, the place itself was decent, but the hosts behaved terribly. The apartment had a lovely interior, large balconies, and nice new furniture. There was a decent pool in the backyard, the staff were friendly, parking was guaranteed, and the WiFi worked well. It's very close to the great south beaches, kavaci and smokinya. For a reasonable price, this is a lovely hotel and the best place we've found so far in Sozopol for a small family. Definitely recommend it. We'll come back.

Mme Goranova is the best. The place is clean, with an awesome view and pool. Visit and you'll never forget it. Booking early is recommended.

The rooms were comfortable, the view was great, and the pool was beautiful. I can recommend this place to all of you!
