Breakfast had loads of tasty choices, and my room was spacious, clean, and modern. The reception staff were friendly and helpful from the start. I had a great stay at Best Boutique Hotel in Stara Zagora. It met my expectations, and I'd happily stay again or recommend it whether you're visiting briefly or for longer.

The location is right on the main street, which is excellent. The rooms and service were very nice, and everything was quite clean and modern. Breakfast was fresh and good, though the range was a little limited. I had trouble with the hot water, but they fixed it straight away. I did expect more TV channels.

My boyfriend didn't like his pillow, so at 6 am the receptionist brought us two more. That was really kind, especially since the chambermaids weren't available then. The staff were polite and helpful throughout, and I was very pleased with the service. When I came back from a walk on my birthday, there was a cute cake with a candle and a card saying Happy Birthday in my room. Such a warm, thoughtful surprise. The place was clean and quiet, and I'd definitely stay again!
