Room 79 on the 4th floor was fine for one night, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay because the furniture was old and the room didn't feel fresh. It had an old design and worn furnishings, which seemed reflected in the price. There was WiFi, a boiler for hot water, a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and hairdryer, but no balcony. Free parking was available next to the hotel, and the host was nice.

The complex itself was clean and well maintained, and the yard had a pool plus a kitchen with a refrigerator and barbecue, which was very convenient. We rented a top-floor apartment for a week with a large terrace. The problem was that the second room was also on the terrace, in a plastic structure with plastic walls and ceiling. It had no air conditioning and became hot within 5 minutes. You couldn't close the room, as you'd simply suffocate without air or coolness. I'd rate the place 3-4.

It's a typical residential building. The elevator works, the entrance doors close, and the pool is filled with water. A water park and a large supermarket are 100 meters away.

It's a pleasant resort complex with apartments, and Mladost, one of Sunny Beach's best supermarkets, is nearby. The sea is a bit far away, and the lighting at night is poor.
