Aparthotel Beatris

We found it ideal for a family holiday. Our room was spacious and clean, and communication with the owner was easy. He was always happy to answer questions and offer suggestions.

The worst part of our stay at Beatris Hotel was how the hotel manager treated us. He came to our room after a dispute at a nearby shop, where an employee called Bogdan had shouted at and insulted customers. The employee’s manager got involved and went to complain to the hotel manager. Rather than hear us out, he shouted, acted rudely, and insulted us too. Our small child was there and ended up frightened and crying. It started with a very unpleasant interaction at that shop, but the hotel’s response made the situation much worse. The manager’s conduct crossed personal boundaries, and the way guests were treated turned our holiday into a distressing experience. I strongly advise against staying here. Beatris Hotel was a source of stress and humiliation for us, not a place to relax.

There’s a large pool, great for spending an afternoon after the beach. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have what you need for your stay. A good choice for a holiday in Sunny Beach.

The beach is a long way from this hotel, and the Wi-Fi was poor, with a new password every day. Breakfast was awful too: the same old food each morning, and the coffee wasn’t even espresso. The sheets smelled bad, and there was a strong unpleasant smell around the pool. I don’t recommend staying here. There are better places nearby.
