The terrace looked out over the pool, which made for a lovely evening view. The apartments were cozy and everything worked, including the boiler, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils. We also appreciated having an elevator, as not every complex has one. It’s a wonderful complex for a summer holiday, with a convenient location and a gorgeous, large pool with sun loungers where you can swim and sunbathe until evening. There’s also a restaurant with delicious pizza. I recommend it!

The pool doesn’t open until mid-June, and the rooms need cosmetic improvements. In section D, the roofs leak into rooms on the fifth level. The elevator floor didn’t line up by 10 cm when it stopped at the fourth floor, which could be dangerous. It’s cheap accommodation from October to April. During the season, you can find hotels in better condition and closer to the sea for the same money.

They’re scammers. The door handle mechanism was already broken, and I lost the room key, not the apartment key. They called a technician from Burgas, which is far away, and charged me 60 Leva (30 Euro). They repaired the mechanism, but hadn’t checked it before I arrived. We came for an erasmus+ project and got scammed. Don’t trust these guys.

Update, July 2024: The pool area is a hazard for adults, especially children. There are broken things everywhere that could cut someone. My child got a really bad scratch while playing there, and I’ll upload photos. There’s no night guard, so drunk people use the pool, scream, and make noise late at night. It could be a nice place, but there are lots of downsides. It isn’t very clean, and too many stray cats pee everywhere. The entrance gate to the buildings is broken, so anyone can get into the complex.
