That was amazing. We stayed for five days.

After hours of trying to sort it out, we ended up walking around in the sun with all our luggage for three hours before we found another hotel, and the conditions there were worse. At check-in, the staff had given our booked rooms to other people because they had forgotten we were arriving. We were offered a smaller two-room apartment instead of the three rooms we needed for our group of seven, so we initially said no. Then we were told the rooms were still occupied, and after we agreed to the smaller option, the receptionist came back to say there was nothing available and suggested cancelling through Booking.com so we wouldn't be charged, telling us to look elsewhere. Amazing experience, 10/10 😍

The location was a real plus, close to both the beach and the city centre. The bigger pool was out of order, though, and you wouldn't know that from the Booking.com photos. Our bedding and towels hadn't been changed, the shower cabin had a hole, and the internet signal was very weak. The boiler only started working after we complained and the hosts fixed it.

There was dirt and dust across the apartment, which looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for months, and cockroaches and ants were everywhere. Half of the advertised facilities were missing, including an elevator. When we asked for an explanation and another room, we were thrown out. The manager they sent threatened to beat us and throw away our luggage. The owners are crooks and the service was horrible. Stay away if you don't want your money taken and your holiday ruined.
