A calm, cozy family hotel with a good balance between price and quality. We tried three of the four breakfast options, and each was good enough to start the day. The big room, balcony, comfortable bathroom and other amenities made for a nice stay, and the beach isn't far away. Pretty good overall, apart from the breakfast "coffee."

I've been coming to this great hotel for nearly seven years and never had a problem before. If anything came up, it was always sorted quickly. This year was different. The new maid, a small woman with short black hair, frankly did nothing. She'd dump clean, damp towels on the bed and leave it wet. We were there two weeks and the beds were changed only once, after I asked for the things and had to do it myself. More than once, she left without locking the door. I heard other guests complaining about her too. In two weeks, my room was never vacuumed or mopped.

I had a bad stay and wouldn't recommend this place. The room wasn't ready when I arrived, and the toilet floor was flooded. The fridge and air conditioner were both broken. Communication was difficult because the staff spoke very little English. The sunbeds were broken too. Most of the time, staff were sitting outside smoking and playing cards.

A really good-value hotel in a perfect spot if you're heading to Cacao beach and Nessebar. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I'd highly recommend it for a nice budget holiday!
