The service here felt like Swiss quality in Bulgaria. They had the AC running cold before I arrived, let me check in three hours early (though I realize that's not always possible in busy season), and even leave the wifi without a password despite the central location. I just came from Burgas Beach, and this is at least a star and a half better. Selfishly, maybe I shouldn't say all this, since they might raise their prices.

The rooms are lovely and get cleaned regularly, and the air conditioning works really well. The hotel itself is in a good, quiet spot, with a lovely garden, seating area, and small pool. Reception staff are very kind and helpful, and try to handle any request.

The beach and the area's best bars and restaurants are just 200 meters away, so the location is top. It's cozy and quiet, with a beautiful garden, good restaurant food, free parking, and clean spaces. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the price is well worth it. I had such a great stay, this was my third time and I'll keep coming back in the years ahead. Totally recommended!

The Brigantina Hotel in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, was exactly what we wanted. Everyone, including the restaurant staff, is professional and does an excellent job. Tanja deserves a special thank you: from the start she understood us as tourists in a foreign country and gave us clear, confident information that made us feel safe and welcome. I've visited many countries, and her helpfulness and approach felt like winning the lottery. She's a real asset.
