Dune Residence

We had all-inclusive meals and drinks. The food was fine, but the service from staff was very unprofessional. Servers went to the restroom and didn’t wash their hands, and they bothered us while we were eating at the table. We stayed for a week, and housekeeping was below average. The towels were dirty, and the apartments were dusty with cobwebs. Staff didn’t smile or greet guests.

The rooms are big, the beach is close, access to the building is controlled, and the price is fair. But in both rooms, the shower cabin was too narrow and the drain clogged, so after two minutes you had to get out. The bathroom also smelled bad. Wi-Fi costs 2.5 euros a day, which feels like a rip-off in Bulgaria, where internet is so cheap. Parking is 6 euros per day, and there’s no breakfast. A maintenance worker came in for something we hadn’t reported; when I mentioned the bathroom, he acted like he couldn’t hear me.

We were happy with what we paid. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked, and the kitchen was useful. The apartment was clean, with a few small bathroom issues that weren’t serious enough to make much of.
