Heaven Hotel

The pool area is spotless, and from the pool you can walk straight onto the beach. Food at the restaurant is lovely, and you can sit right by the beach to eat. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the staff have been amazing. Special thanks to the manager, who’s been especially great to us throughout our stay. We’re staying at hotel Heaven right now, and the location is brilliant. The hotel has been fully refurbished. It’s definitely my go-to place whenever I come back to Bulgaria. Ten out of ten from us, highly recommend.

The hotel has everything you need, and we couldn’t fault it. We booked premium, so we could use the quiet pool and premium restaurant. It seems fantastic for families with children, but we don’t have children and expected most of them to be back at school during the first week of September. There were still too many children for us, though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The pool was very clean, though the water was a little cold. I could see Ginger Bar&Dinner clearly from the apartment terrace, where there are different shows at night. We stayed in the hotel apartment and had a pleasant time, cooking our own food and buying drinks from the big stores nearby. The apartment was very clean but not well maintained. You can hear everything through the doors. The shower door keeps falling, and the main bathroom is cramped with a puddle always on the floor because the shower bin leaks. The sockets aren’t fixed properly to the wall, and I think tourists tried to fix them. There’s no wi-fi except on the main level, and toilet paper and trash bags were missing. At Ginger, the music goes from 8 pm to 1 am, and the amusement park creates constant noise, so you won’t get peace.

The beach access is unbeatable and the pool is great. Stefka was so welcoming and friendly. We had a fantastic stay at Heaven, highly recommend.
