The service was great, and the beach is just a 30-second walk away. There’s a beautiful view and a swimming pool too. I paid 120 euros for one night, which felt a little high for what was offered compared with other trips in Europe. Breakfast was okay, but coffee lovers should be ready for water with powder pretending to be coffee. A failure.

We were staying at another hotel, but stopped here for a snack on the way to the beach because my son loves onion rings. The onion rings were great, and so were the garlic prawns, chicken sticks, and chips. Everything was fresh and good. Keep up the good work!

We were there just as the season was starting, and it wasn't too busy. The pool area was lovely, with an outdoor bar and food available, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's at the far end of the bay, a one-minute walk from the beach, and still within walking distance of the strip. If you don't fancy the evening stroll, a little train goes along the front into the mayhem. A good fit if you're not keen on Sunny Beach's big, noisy hotels.

We love Blue Bay and go back almost every year. It's a great place for families and kids, with everything just as it looks in the pictures. The beach is literally 30 seconds away, and the view of the beachfront is beautiful. Rooms are clean and maintained all the time, the pool is kept clean, and the staff are friendly and kind when you ask for things. This place should definitely be more than 3*.

A lovely, basic hotel beside the beach, with enough sun loungers for everyone at the pool. The food was great, drinks were very reasonable, and the staff are the nicest I've ever met. When I go back to Bulgaria, I'll stay here again.
