Hotel Delfin - All Inclusive

The rooms, pool, and restaurant were all clean, and the staff were always polite. There’s a poolside bar that’s always stocked with snacks and drinks. We liked the rooms and the staff kept everything tidy. The hotel is in a lovely, quiet area, and the food was very good whenever we ate, at any time of day.

We had a fantastic stay at Delfin Hotel in Sunny Beach from the end of July to the beginning of August 2024. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and the refurbished room was comfortable and clean. The blackout curtains and individual air conditioning were especially welcome. The all-inclusive food selection was excellent, with something for every taste, and the pool, including the kids’ section, was spotless and refreshing. We highly recommend it for families.

We enjoyed our week in July 2023. The all inclusive food had different varieties to suit every taste, and the pool was very clean with a decent size kids section. It’s a 3 min walk to the beach over the dunes on a wooden path. There’s designated paid parking right in front of the hotel for an extra charge. It’s an old building from the communist’s time, but the rooms and bathrooms have been refurbished. The room size was ok, with basic furnishers, but it was clean. Each room has individual air condition with a remote control, comfortable mattresses, and black out curtains. The cleaning ladies freshened up the rooms every single day. The one downside for us was that the pool closed at 6pm.

The closeness to the sea and the kind employees were the two good things about this place. The hotel and neighborhood looked much smaller and less lovely in person than in the photos. I wanted to cry when I arrived and just go back home. Some guests were pretty rude and strange, especially the Russians who spoke to us only in their language. I had a terrible bout of vomiting once, and sometimes diarrhea with blood at the end of the vacation, maybe because of the hotel food.
