We had a lovely four-night stay at L&B. It's a smaller hotel, which made the experience feel more personal. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good range of nice food, and service was great throughout. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The location is handy, supermarkets are nearby and the busier areas are a short walk away. I'd recommend it.

We stayed in a family room with one double and two single beds, sharing it with our two teenagers. There was plenty of room for each of us to have our own corner. A lovely little hidden gem, with really friendly staff.

The Bulgarian dishes were delicious, and the apple and cherry pies were especially good. The hotel offers great value, the food was excellent, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were wonderful, friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely garbage hotel, and the staff were very rude. I'll never stay here again or return to Sunny Beach, Bulgaria's answer to Blackpool. The room was tiny, and so was the balcony. It was never cleaned. The so-called cleaners put dirty sheets back on the beds and didn't change the towels or bedding until the fifth day. The food was awful, and you could smell the bins all the way down the road. I only gave it one star because the site wouldn't let me post without one.

The location was great, with bars, restaurants and shops whichever way you went from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate. We had a lovely stay and I'll definitely return. Thank you.
