Imperial Heights Apart-Hotel

The pool area had a really relaxing feel, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable. The place was very clean and tidy, and we had a nice holiday. The food was basic and repetitive, though, and the bar closes at 10 pm. It works well for a young family, but teenagers will get bored very quickly.

There's plenty going on at the kids' animation club, from water polo and darts to gymnastics and aqua aerobics. It runs from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The beach is about a kilometer away, maybe a 15-minute walk, and the reception has a bus schedule. By bus it's five minutes. Meals are very good, but if you arrive 30 minutes before breakfast or another meal ends, some dishes may already be gone. Our apartment had three rooms: a living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom had a big double bed, the other had two single beds, and there was a sofa in the living room. We also had two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom with the two beds. The pool goes from 0.5 m to 1.3 m deep. The apartment was very nice and cleaned daily. The bathroom had soap and shampoo, and they brought fresh towels every day.

The apartments are enormous, the staff are nice, and the food is tasty at reasonable prices. I did find a spider in a corner sometimes. Walking to the beach feels pretty dangerous, unfortunately, but the Hotel has a free shuttle bus if you're willing to wait for it. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

It looks beautiful, but the people running it don't seem to know what they're doing. Food was always cold except for the chips, if you managed to get any. The queues meant waiting, and you were lucky to find a table or even a cup. They can't handle all-inclusive, and shouldn't be offering it.
