Laguna Park Sunrise

The hotel is clean throughout, from the shared areas to the rooms, which are comfortable and welcoming. It’s about 550 metres from the beach, and the food has plenty of choices for different tastes. Since the hotel has only just opened, there aren’t many reviews yet, but everything is running smoothly. There’s just one elevator, so you might wait a little during busy times, and parking spaces are limited. Still, a large private lot across the street charges 20 BGN per day.

A brand new hotel and a really nice place to stay. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Sunny Beach!

The room is clean, with housekeeping coming in daily, and the food is quite good. Everyone’s friendly, especially Rado, who makes great cocktails. The general manager was kind too. I’ll definitely come back.

Food was the biggest letdown of our holiday. The website promises lots of variety, including a snack bar with pizza and burgers for kids, but the kitchen served bland, boring meals that were the same all the time. The chef seemed to have no ideas for making the food enjoyable or varied. Even on Italian night, the only “Italian” dish was tomatoes with mozzarella, which really lowered the standard. The kids’ menu was just as bland and repetitive, so we ended up going elsewhere to eat. The website also mentions different entertainment for children, but none was provided. I’ve stayed at many resorts and hotels where I paid a lot less for all-inclusive and got far more, along with much better food. The kitchen really spoiled the holiday experience with food that was dull and seemed to have no effort put into it. I’m quite dissatisfied with the services at Laguna Park Sunrise because its website falsely says it’s part of the Aqua park and uses the aqua park website. Cleanliness and the rooms weren’t a problem.
