The atmosphere felt unfriendly, and the room itself was very basic. Breakfast had little variety and included leftovers from the day before. Chicken liver isn't anyone's usual breakfast choice, and we even had to beg for toilet paper. Pool staff also verbally abused the kids for jumping in the water.

The location is a real plus, close to both the beach and Nesebar. Staff were friendly, though their English was very basic. I thought the food was decent despite the bad reviews, with different, tasty choices at breakfast and dinner each day. Rooms were clean, towels were changed daily, and the bins were emptied. The small fridge worked, the air conditioning was fine, and there was a drying rack on the balcony. Our TV was broken, though, and so was one socket. The bathrooms need attention: old, rusty, poorly cleaned, and the shower mat was disgusting. We bought proper soap and toilet paper ourselves, since we were given only two rolls. Ask about the view before you go. Ours looked straight onto the rooftop, with only roof tiles and distant building tops in sight. Maybe that was better than the parking lot in front, I guess. There's a pool, but not many loungers, and you can't bring a bottle of water there. Some things really need repairing or replacing. It's an okay place for young people who spend most of their time out having fun, or for a couple who don't expect luxury. I wouldn't choose it for a family with small kids. There isn't much to do.

The location is handy, just a short walk from the beach and close to Nessebyr. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have working air conditioning and a mini fridge. Breakfast was decent with the usual choices, and the bread and pastries were especially good. Service was good too. The one thing missing from the room was a kettle.

The staff were pleasant, and the hotel itself was nice, but the food was very disappointing. There's only a pool bar, and it closes at 5:30 sometimes, or otherwise at 6:30. You aren't allowed to bring your own food or drinks in, or you'll get fined. My advice is to steer clear. Wish we'd booked zefir again. The one saving grace was being around the corner from john smiths bar, with great food, lovely staff, good entertainment, and a warm welcome.
