George and his team were really friendly and accommodating. It's a superb family-run hotel in a quiet spot, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and central promenade. My room was spacious and comfortable, and they cleaned it daily. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended for a stay in Sunny Beach.

The room was big and comfortable, and the staff were thoughtful and nice. Breakfast was good, with most of the food homemade. The hotel is close to the center of Sunny Beach.

I come back here every year. The rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast has plenty of tasty choices, and the staff are kind. It's also well placed near lots of restaurants, which makes for an easy and enjoyable stay.

It's always a pleasure to return to Hotel Lotus. The staff are kind and helpful, and the beach is only a two-minute walk away. The hotel feels cozy, with large, sparkling clean rooms. I tried almost every dish at the restaurant, and everything was very good. Thanks again for everything!

The room had an unpleasant smell, but the sheets were so clean and neatly ironed. The hotel restaurant was well equipped and served delicious food. The location is perfect, right on the beach.
