Marty's Beachfront Smart Homes

Waking up to the beach view was beautiful. We preferred the stretch north of the building that we could see from the balcony. You could rent an umbrella and two sunbeds there for just 5 euro, and the sand was lovely. The water was very shallow, great for kids. The apartment was away from the noise and partying at the end of Sunny Beach, but restaurants, supermarkets, and smaller shops were still within walking distance. The place was perfect, with everything new and in very good condition. It was cleaned daily, which was a big plus, and the living room and bedroom each had their own air conditioning. A big thank you to the cleaning lady for doing such a wonderful job, and for the late checkout, which helped so much with our very late flight home. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed every day.

I loved having the sea right there, with a direct view from my comfortable bed. The apartments are brand new, spacious, and extremely clean, right on the golden sands of Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

The kitchen has everything you need, and the staff were excellent and supportive. Every room has a nice sea view and a balcony, and the place is super clean. It’s right next to the beach, and works perfectly for groups of any size.

We had the happiest vacation I’ve ever had in a smart home. Alexa voice control made things more comfortable, and the apartment was clean, peaceful, and cosy, with a wonderful view right on the sand. There’s a pool too. A comfortable place for families with kids. I’d recommend this fabulous holiday.
