The apartment was large and reasonably clean, but that's about all I can say for it. It felt as though renovation or repairs were unfinished. The living-room balcony slider took a lot of force to move, and a broken locking part dragged along the rail. The balcony chairs had been worn out for years. The extendable sofa had a huge dip hidden under the bedding, and the kitchen sink only had cold water. There wasn't a dishwasher. A large rough patch on the wall between the living room and bedroom looked hastily repaired or unfinished. The bathroom was the worst part. I don't mind a walk-in shower or basic plumbing, but a useless, inconvenient drain pipe sticking through the shower floor made me feel robbed. The bathroom sink had almost no water pressure, and the big suspended boiler dripped over the toilet. They left a mop and bucket so we could move shower water to a floor drain near the door. The pool was clean, heavily chlorinated, and colder than expected. Overall, the place felt neglected, with little thought for guest comfort. I had to use automatic translation on my phone to change the TV menu to English. They knew we weren't Bulgarian and seemed not to care.

The location was fine, and the rooms were spacious with a big terrace. Still, ours was dirty, had a strange lingering smell, and there were ants in the kitchen. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable.

The staff were very proper and professional. The place is generally nice, but at times there's lots of noise, with people partying, screaming, and playing loud music indoors. There's NO INTERNET in the rooms.

It's a very nice hotel with all the facilities you'd expect for three stars: TV, internet, air conditioning, a fridge, electric oven, elevator, and more. When I stayed, the Wi-Fi was the worst part. They said the internet provider was to blame.

For what you pay, I can't fault it. The owners are lovely and would do anything they can to help. The location is great, and the rooms were much nicer than I expected.
