MPM Kalina Garden Hotel

The beach is nearby, and the food was the best we've ever had. We had such a nice holiday here, with lovely service and entertainment too. Thanks for a great stay. We'll come back next time.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. The animation team were fantastic, keeping the kids busy with daytime clubs and activities, then putting on a mini disco and evening entertainment.

For what we paid, this hotel was just right. There was always something to eat, and the drinks certainly got you drunk. The staff went above and beyond to make our holiday special. My 18-year-old daughter got drunk and left the hotel on her own, which had me worried, but the barman and the woman at reception kept looking until they found her at a bar down the road. I was so grateful for their help. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh bottled water put in the fridge. Would I stay here again? Yes.

We liked the friendly service and welcoming feel at MPM Kalina Garden, and spent two weeks there. A few changes could make the stay better, though. Meal times were confusing. Guests crowded around the food lines, and clearer signs or a more organized way to serve food would help. Around the pool, the sunbeds felt very hard, and the ground was slippery. We saw several children slip and hurt themselves. The water was also cold even when it was over 30°C, so swimming wasn't much fun. We were there with a young child, and the loud music made it hard to get them to sleep before 11 PM. It played until then every night, and was often too loud or didn't suit the setting. Softer lounge music, or none at all during dinner, would have been nicer. Even with those issues, we had a nice holiday. The service was good, and the staff were welcoming. Better meal organization, quieter music, and a safer pool area would improve things.
